SCOPE OF WORK
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support business goals and improve user experiences
• Translate business and technical needs into scalable software designs
• Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient code
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
• Support deployment, documentation, and ongoing application improvements
• Adhere to security, compliance, and development best practices
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
• Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
