TERMS: Contract
SCOPE OF WORK
• Lead the BI team in developing dashboards, reports, and analytics tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights
• Oversee data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance initiatives
• Ensure BI solutions align with business goals and performance metrics
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of data literacy
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• 7+ years in BI or analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and cloud data platforms
PREFERRED EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
