TERMS: Contract
SCOPE OF WORK
• This role is a hybrid position responsible for both Agile team facilitation and end-to-end project execution across a complex environment that includes software, hardware, vendor integrations, and shipboard deployments
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure team effectiveness
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery progress across multiple workstreams
• Partner closely with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity and quality of user stories
• Track sprint progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers to keep delivery on track
• Drive alignment across business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and shipboard operations
• Provide regular status updates, including progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful releases and deployments
• Support backlog grooming and challenge requirements to ensure readiness and business value
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the team
• Collaborate with data/analytics teams to enable delivery insights and performance tracking
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid roles
• Experience supporting technology projects such as migrations, implementations, or enterprise transformations
• Strong experience managing project scope, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and lead Scrum ceremonies
• Hands-on experience with backlog management, prioritization, and working with Product Owners
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with delivery metrics, reporting, and Agile tooling (e.g., Jira)
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Experience working in complex environments involving both software and hardware deployments
• Background supporting shipboard, hospitality, or operational technology environments
• Experience coordinating vendor integrations and cross-functional dependencies
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., copilots, automation, analytics assistants) to improve sprint planning, documentation, reporting, and team efficiency
• Ability to identify opportunities to introduce AI-driven automation in workflows, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
