TERMS: Contract
SCOPE OF WORK
• Ensure successful delivery of technical and business objectives
• Oversee program planning, manage interdependencies, and steer teams through complex project lifecycles while maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders
• Responsible for risk mitigation, progress tracking, and ensuring that all program components align with strategic goals
• Translate program goals and strategic objectives into actionable technical workstreams and deliverables
• Coordinate engineering activities and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment with program outcomes
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve technical issues across the entire program lifecycle
• Facilitate clear communication among product, project, and engineering leaders to maintain stakeholder alignment
• Support technical reviews, documentation, and quality assurance practices to uphold program standards
• Drive process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and achieve technical and business objectives
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Strong technical background with proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional engineering programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, coordinate multiple teams, and handle dependencies
• Experience with risk management, progress tracking, and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle
• Familiarity with program management frameworks, engineering processes, and strategic planning
